Gaskell’s restaurant offers a variety of high quality traditional four-course table d’hôte menus that change each week.

The restaurant also specialises in evening themed events, wine dinners and speciality nights, which require the customers to book in advance.

In the past we’ve asked our diners to loosen their belts for the rhubarb festival week, Gordon Ramsay wine dinner, James Bond cocktail evening, war veterans Week and dine on the Orient Express evenings.

All our students are trained to a high standard and are supervised by outstanding chefs who have worked in some of the best hotels throughout the world. The students themselves go to work on placements in various top quality hotels around the world, such as the Hilton in Malta, as well as establishments in France, Spain, Sweden and Turkey.

The restaurant has a fully operating bar, as well as serving speciality teas and coffees. We also offer a variety of specially selected wines to compliment your meal.

The food produced at Gaskell’s is always freshly-made by the students whilst they are supervised by their chef lecturers.
