The Market Hall has over 70 units and consists of both general retail units and food traders. Many of the well established businesses from the old Market Hall continue to trade and serve the people of Castleford today.

The Open Market has now been relocated onto Carlton Street Precinct.

Market Hall is open Monday to Saturday from 9.00am until 5.00pm Wednesday Closes 1pm

Open Market is held on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week.

Monday Open Market is currently being held on the Carlton Street Precinct in front of the Market Hall.
