1. Employees of YWNG Ltd, their immediate relatives, and the employees of participating companies are not eligible to enter.

2. Unless otherwise stated, competitors may submit as many entries as they wish. Should an entry form be provided this must be used and photocopies are not acceptable.

3. No responsibility is accepted for entries delayed, lost or mislaid. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and entries accepted after deadline will be disqualified.

4. Unless otherwise stated the names and addresses of all winners will be published in the appropriate newspaper at a convenient time. The newspaper is not obliged to print the winning entries but winners are required to agree to any publicity the newspaper deems necessary.

5. The newspaper retains the right to withhold prizes for any competition if, in the opinion of the judges, no entry achieves the desired standards or successfully solves all the questions detailed. Should this happen, a statement will be published in the appropriate newspaper.

6. The newspaper cannot be held responsible should the competition prize or prizes, provided by a third party, fail to be available or as specified where a competition has been run on behalf of a separate company or organisation.

7. Unless otherwise stated, the prize or prizes will be awarded to the appropriate number of first opened entries.

8. The editor's decision is final and no correspondence or interviews can be entered into.

9. Prizes are as stated in each competition and cannot be exchanged for cash.
